Meet Jemma
I'm a storyteller, strategist and someone who believes good ideas deserve to be heard.
I started my career as a journalist with a passion for giving people a voice. That passion has taken me from newsrooms to boardrooms, business leadership, community advocacy and stages across Australia.
With a Bachelor of Media and Communication Studies, an MBA and qualifications through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, I bring together communication expertise and strategic business thinking.
I'm the immediate past President of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber/Women in Business, Chair of the Nowra Community Food Store Board, a SECNA Social Enterprise Champion, author and award-winning business leader.
Through Tribe Business Consulting, I work with people and organisations who want to make a difference — helping them tell their stories, communicate with confidence and turn their ideas into meaningful action.
